Officially official!

We spent the morning at AIT getting Briggs's visa. I was imagining a very formal day, perhaps a court room and a judge and some pledging allegiance, but instead it felt like a morning at the DMV. Regardless, we heart the woman at window #4 who processed Briggs's visa, making him officially ready to come to the U.S.!

After AIT, Briggs had his first sushi conveyor belt lunch and then we hung out at the hotel pool so he could work on his back stroke. Jet lag won out the evening.
